Refund Process

For some refund payments, we may need to call you to confirm your bank account details.

We take dealing with our customers’ funds seriously and due to increasing instances of cyber- criminal activity and identify theft/fraud, we may need to confirm your bank account details before refund payments are made.

As part of the telephone call we will:

  • Identify ourselves by individual name and that we are calling from Resilium Insurance Broking
  • Request you confirm part of the bank account number that was provided as part of the refund request
  • Request that you provide your name for our records.

If you feel uncomfortable about providing this information to our caller, you can call us back on 02 9137 8666 to confirm your details and we can then process the refund payment.
